1 ) BREAK-FAST: 1 APPLE + 1-2 GLASS OF WATER

2 ) MID MORNING: (10-30 AM -11.00 PM ) 1 BOWL OF RAW PAPAYA+ 1-2 GLASS OF
WATER

3 ) LUNCH: 1 BOWL OF WATERMELON OR MUSKMELON + 1 to 1 &
1/2 glass H2O
4 )TEA:1 ORANGE OR 1 1 SWEETLIME OR 1 CHIKU+ 1 to 1 & 1/2

glass of H2O

5 ) EVENING: 1 GLASS OF COCONUT WATER.

6 ) DINNER : 1 APPLE + 1-2 GLASS OF WATER

***** note only fruits are consumed on the first day of diet . banana
should be avoided.

This is a simple trick to go viral on Facebook or twitter. I will go directly to the trick. All we have to sign up a Twitterfeed account and create multiple fake accounts in twitter and facebook. The more no of accounts you open the more your posts will be distributed.

Go to your Twitterfeed account enter you blog’s feed URL then enter your every fake twitter and Facebook profiles. You have to log in and log out with all your IDs.

Follow instructions by Twitterfeed. If you face any difficulties feel free to ask by commenting on this post. That’s all.

The next time you post any article on your blog it will be posted to all your accounts via Twitterfeed and you will get a number of free tweets and likes instantly.

How to extract email ids from received emails

People love to share interesting emails with their friends. Don't you. But all they do a most common mistake. All the those at the receiving end easily see other email id those of common friends and many stranger ids.

Here comes my work. You can extract all these emails and grow our friend list rapidly in facebook, twitter, orkut, or can invite them to take a glance on your website.
There is no perfect software to catch these contacts automatically.

Steps to extract: 1. Go to you inbox > open the desired mail
2. In gmail click on the show details option (see picture)
3. Press and hold control key and select all emails and names that are showing up
4. Open a new text document and paste their from clip board.
5. Add this line in the 1st line of newly created text file:

name,E-mail 1 - Type,E-mail 1 - Value

6. Perform a replace action (ctrl+H)
Replace "7. Save file as something.csv (chose all file types)

And you are done. Your file is ready to upload to your email address book/facebook/outlook or to any other application.

This trick can also be performed for converting .txt contacts files (extracted from any other source) to .csv contact files.

To save your friends to being spammed like this way use the BCC option while sending emails to many people and ask them to do so.

Update:
Extracting email ids from embedded forwarded mail.
1.Press and hold control key and select all emails and names that are showing up inside the mail.
2.Open a new word document and paste from clip board.
3.Go to edit > find >
enter in find field ","
replace with "^|" (click on more drop down menu > special > manual line break)
4.Replace all "5.Replace all ">" with ","
6.copy the whole text from the word file to a new text document
7.Add this line in the 1st line of newly created text file:

name,E-mail 1 - Type,E-mail 1 - Value
8.Save file as something.csv (chose all file types).

Send / receive emails from others mail id, trick to cheat some 1 &/orkeep your self safe

When some one left without signing out from his/her mail box , you can receive his /her mails in your mail box & send emails to his/her friends/others as if he/ she sent that email for life time.
yaa that's true. by using the services provided by gmail u can do this....

process 1: how to receive his emails afterwards
if he/she uses gmail:
go to setting >> forwarding & POP >> check forwarding option >> enter your email id>> save settings, thats all . you will receive emails in your in box that are sent to his/her id
if he/she use yahoo mail:
go to options [right up corner]>> check forwarding box >> enter your email id click save>> go to your in box >> check mail>> click on confirmation email. thats all.you will receive emails in your in box that are sent to his/her id

process2: how to send emails by his/her email address
go to your gmail>> go to settings>> click on the accounts tab>> click add another email >> enter his email id>> go to his/her inbox >> check in box >> click confirmation link
now you can send emails using his/her id from your email , go to compose mail toggle between your id and his her id i.e. you can send emails as his/her id

process3: copying his her contacts to your contacts
if he/she uses gmail:
go to contacts of his email >> click export>> go to your gmail id>> go to contacts click import. thats all
if he/she use yahoo mail:
go to contacts >> click export> then in your contacts click import

Thats all. now u can send receve emails as that fellow do

How to keep your self safe from others applying these tricks on you

check your forwarding options in regular intervals
don't ever forget to sign out

Tricks can also be used for switching from other old email ids to new gmail id.
